The Valley Teen Center is a volunteer based non-profit organization that provides a safe, constructive place for teens to see their friends, make connections with Methow Valley adults, gain practical skills through activity nights and have fun!
The teen center was founded in 2012 and is working to open its doors more nights a week, gain volunteer and community support and provide more tools allowing teenagers to succeed in the Methow Valley and beyond.

Valley Teen Center History
In Fall 2010, VTC began holding bi-weekly events at local community buildings. The events engaged teens and adults to create a safe and provided viable activities for teens. Our current location at TwispWorks allows programmatic partnership with other partners around the campus who offer a wide range of skill sets.
Room One, a local non-profit, is VTC’s fiscal sponsor and will be until VTC is approved for a 501(c)3, giving it an independent non-profit status. The VTC has liability insurance covering events and activities.
Board of Directors
VTC is governed by a Board of Directors and the Teen Steering Committee which meets monthly. The Teen Steering Committee helps guide teen center policies and programs.
