Fork Food Truck, Nancy Pfieffer and Steve Morse The food truck revolution has reached Twisp and it sells bahn mi! Nancy Pfieffer and Steve Morse bring their 25 years of experience in the food industry to the TwispWorks campus with FORK – the Methow Valley’s first food truck! Serving a variety of tasty treats ranging from burgers to bahn mi sandwiches Fork is an awesome addition to the Twisp food scene.

Spotting the potential in an old linen delivery truck, Steve spent the past year building the mobile kitchen from scratch. Once the kitchen was nearing completion, Nancy worked with TwispWorks partner Donna Keyser to turn her vision for the exterior of the truck into a reality. Another TwispWorks partner, Steve Ward, helped with the kitchen build-out and created the giant fork mounted on the side of the truck. Fork really is an amazing example of the collaborative nature of the TwispWorks campus!
