Caitlin Cordell has been quietly building something extraordinary in her TwispWorks studio. A tattoo artist, tarot reader, and trained social worker, Caitlin brings a rare blend of precision and tenderness to everything she creates. After years of development, her Unruly Beings Tarot is now available for pre-order.
The deck features Caitlin’s signature fine-line illustrative style, populated by the flora and fauna of the Methow and beyond. But it’s more than a set of beautifully drawn cards. It’s an invitation into relationship with the natural world, with ourselves, and with what Caitlin calls “the non-human world.”
“It’s filled with my learning. It’s filled with my joy, it’s filled with my struggle,” she says. “We need and we are craving connection with the non-human world. And that’s what this tarot deck is meant to do: to build relationship and connection and kinship with all these beings.”
