Methow Investment Network – Open House

$1M – 9 businesses – 32 jobs – 2 years of impact!

You’re invited to celebrate the second anniversary of the Methow Investment Network on March 27 from 5-7pm at YourSpace @ TwispWorks! These quarterly events are normally reserved for our 40 investor members and the businesses pitching their ideas, but we’re throwing the doors open wide to celebrate with the community and to invite everyone to learn more about this unique network. Whether you’re a business considering options for financing or an investor with any amount of capital to invest locally, you are welcome! Refreshments will be provided.

Recognizing that one of the biggest challenges entrepreneurs face is access to capital, TwispWorks started the Methow Investment Network (MIN) in 2017. The MIN connects community members interested in investing locally with Methow Valley entrepreneurs needing capital to start or grow their business. The program moves money ‘from Wall Street to Main Street’ by matching lenders with businesses, providing training and mentorship throughout the process. MIN Investor members are residents who understand that keeping their money local strengthens and diversifies our economy and promotes job growth in the Methow Valley. Business opportunities are distributed to members as they are received, and members come together for pitch nights and networking events 3-4 times per year.
