The Big Shaabang@TwispWorks

Here in the Methow Valley we like to kick off the summer high season with a Big Shaabang! Come join us for a fun, free, family event featuring live music, open art studios and delicious local food and drink! Come chat with some of the Valley’s most talented artists and craftspeople, tour the native plant and natural dye gardens, cool off in the Plaza splash pad or just enjoy a picnic lunch on the lawns. The Big Shaabang is a celebration of everything that makes summer the Methow so wonderful – the bounty of the valley, the arts and the community!

Gear Up For The Holidays @ TwispWorks!

Mark your calendars for Thursday December 6th from 4-7PM and get on down to Gear Up for the Holidays @ TwispWorks!

Shop and visit with local artists at the studios of TwispWorks partners and fill your sack with for local, unique holiday gifts and Methow Made products at the grand opening of Valley Goods – the magical holiday gift emporium in Your Space@TwispWorks.

Get a winter-time Fork fix! Steve and Nancy of the iconic Fork food truck will be operating a pop-up restaurant out of Kathy B’s Kitchen. Plus, live music throughout the campus and tasty adult libations at the OSB Taproom.

A horse drawn carriage will be running from the TwispWorks campus to stops on Glover Street and beyond so you can enjoy all the fun of Mistletoe Madness in Twisp and support your local artists, shops and businesses this holiday season!

Holidays, Russian Style cooking class

Still thinking about your holiday party menu?
Come learn how to make delicious and festive appetizers representing Russia’s diverse culinary heritage and share in the food, stories, and fun!

Irina Vodonos, owner of the Moscow Gourmet Kitchen and our local source of all things Russian cuisine, will lead this fun, hands-on cooking class.

This class will be held in Kathy B’s Kitchen in the West Shed, Building #12

Twisp Fall Art Walk & Studio Tour

Confluence Gallery & TwispWorks are hosting a Twisp-wide arts celebration.
There will be over 40 local makers and fine artists filling downtown storefronts and opening their studios for visitors. From downtown Glover Street throughout TwispWorks, come and support your favorite Methow artists.

This FREE event will provide maps at Confluence Gallery and TwispWorks the day of the event.

Boogie to Support the Base!

A free concert to support the North Cascade Smokejumper Base in the Methow Valley will be held on Saturday, June 16th at the John Doran Ranch north of Twisp on Hwy 20.

This concert will feature local talent Laura Love and the Family Dog, Danville, Sky Kyss, Danbert Nobacon and the Axis of Dissent as well as Terry Hardest and the Last Outlaws, Meghan Colleen and her Fabulous Backup Band. Dan Mahre of Spokane Public Radio’s Inland Folk show will also be in attendance.

There will be a no-host BBQ & wine bar so come on by, grab a brawt, dance a jig, and show your support for keeping the historic NCSB where it belongs – in the birthplace of smokejumping – the Methow Valley!
