2019 Bike Rodeo@TwispWorks!

On Yer Bike!
Methow Cycle and Sport, Aero Methow, the Winthrop Kiwanis, Okanogan County Fire District 6, Pearrygin Lake State Park and the Twisp Police Department present the 2019 Bike Rodeo back at TwispWorks!

The Bike Rodeo is a chance for young kids (recommended three years old and over) to learn about bike safety, test their skills on a fun “rodeo” course, and take a ride around town with Pearrygin Lake State Park Rangers.

The Bike Rodeo is a fun, free, family event!

Repair Cafe at TwispWorks – Bring Your Bicycle!

Methow Recycles is excited to present the return of their very popular Repair Cafe, Saturday April 20th on the TwispWorks campus. Be sure to bring that old bike in need of repair as this Repair Cafe features some of the Valley’s best bike mechanics! And don’t worry you can still gather up non-bicycle related items that might need just a little fix to save them from the landfill. Local experts will be on hand throughout the campus to help sew a patch, weld a join or rewire a lamp.

There are just a few guidelines to follow:

    • Items must be small enough to carry
    • Items must not be leaking fluids or in any way hazardous
    • You must stay with your item during its repair (no drop offs)
    • Fixers will have the tools but not the replacement parts – bring what you will need for the repair
    • Our fixers will do their best but fixes are not guaranteed

Volunteer fixers will be located in studios throughout the TwispWorks campus, check in will be located in Your Space@TwispWorks, Building #9, TwispWorks.
