Please complete the Investment Opportunity/Borrower Forms below. Alternately, you may download/print and mail it to or drop it off at TwispWorks.

Borrower Q&A
- What size loan can I apply for?
There is no minimum or maximum amount you can apply for. - How long does the loan process take?
There is not a set amount of time the process takes. TwispWorks, along with volunteer mentors, can help you with the application process and once complete, will circulate applications to investors. Businesses seeking a loan will be invited to an investor meeting to present their idea for funding. Not all loan requests are funded and so providing a compelling business case is important. - How are loans structured and made?
The terms of loans are arranged directly between the investor and the borrowing business. Investor members will use an instrument of their choice — usually a promissory note. - Does it cost anything to pitch an investment opportunity to the Methow Investment Network?
TwispWorks incurs significant administrative costs associated with coordinating the Methow Investment Network. While there is no charge to pitch to the investment network, we do charge $50 to any business that receives funding as a result of their pitch to the Methow Investment Network.
The MIN application process consists of three steps:
STEP 1
Complete the Application Coversheet including a brief business outline, Legal Disclaimer and Your Agreement and submit the form online, by mail or at Twispworks.
STEP 2
Once approved, you will be asked to provide a detailed business plan and financial projections to the MIN contact person.
STEP 3
Pitch your opportunity at a quarterly meeting of MIN members or request that your opportunity be submitted to the members via email.
STEP 4
If you receive funding, report back to TwispWorks and pay the $50 administrative fee.
