Professional Services Spotlight: Alchemy On Demand

The Doctrine of Recovery

What she does: Alchemy On Demand is a creative storytelling agency serving mission-driven organizations, large and small, for-profit and nonprofit. We believe that stories matter: they inform, inspire, and help us make sense of data and experience.

What’s exciting: Our most exciting news is the festival success of our most recent film project The Doctrine of Recovery, which is an Official Selection of the American Indian Film Festival, the 27th Red Nation International Film Festival, the Social Justice Film Festival, Docs Without Borders Film Festival, KDocs Film Festival, Vancouver, 14th NWIFT Festival, and winner of the 2022 Indigenous Futures Award from the Social Justice Film Institute.

In 2023, our primary clients are:

Springfield Wellness Center, the first center in the United States to offer intravenous NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) to safely and effectively ease people off of addictive substances with minimal cravings or withdrawal symptoms, and without substituting another narcotic.

NAD Research, Inc., the nonprofit research organization working to advance understanding of NAD for addiction detox and neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, CTE, TBI, and more.

Dr. Howard Murad, founder of Murad, LLC, who in his retirement is a champion of understanding and preventing intracellular water loss as the underlying cause of the diseases associated with aging, and of the importance of managing Cultural Stress, the 24-hour stress of modern living.

We’re working to get these clients earned spots on regional and national TV and radio, as well as publication in respected, peer-reviewed medical journals.

Favorite activities during the winter doldrums: My favorite activities for brightening the winter doldrums are Wednesday night line dancing at the Twisp River Tap House, Friday night karaoke singing at the Branding Iron, and cross-country skiing on the weekends, particularly if the sun is out.

What’s making her smile: My two-year-old grandson is the surest way to put a smile on my face. (Although line dancing works pretty well, too.) 

How to get in touch: We keep standard office hours, although not always at Twispworks. Best way to reach us is via email: leslee@alchemyondemand.com.
