The TwispWorks Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Laron Eakins has been hired as an interim, part-time Administrative Director for the next few months. This role has been created to ensure the stability of daily operations, support staff, and serve as a liaison between staff, the board, partners, and the broader community. This interim Administrative Director position fills an important and temporary need, and will ensure the Board can stay focused on the search for TwispWorks’ next Executive Director.
Laron has stepped down from the Board, where he most recently served as Treasurer, to take on this interim position. His professional experience as a CFO, along with his in-depth knowledge of TwispWorks’ finances, will be especially valuable as we finalize the current fiscal year and prepare the 2026 budget.
In addition to his service on the TwispWorks Board, Laron has spent the past several years remodeling and expanding his home in Winthrop, where he lives with his wife, Cami—a skillset that also proves useful in supporting campus operations.
Laron will work closely with the Board during this transition period, and we look forward to partnering with him to continue advancing the mission of TwispWorks.
