Overview
Grants can transform an organization—but only if you know where to look, how to make your case, and what funders actually want to see. This hands-on series takes participants through the essential components of a winning grant proposal, from finding the right opportunities to measuring success. Each session integrates AI tools to help participants research, draft, and refine their work in real time.
Whether you’re new to grant writing or looking to sharpen your skills, you’ll leave with practical documents you can use immediately—and the confidence to pursue funding that fits your mission.
Schedule
Sessions are online every other week, from 10 am to 11 am Pacific Time
January 29: An Honest Look at Who Funds What (And Whether You’re Ready)
February 12: Funders Invest in Solutions: Describe the Problem You’re Solving
February 26: The Heart of the Proposal: What You’re Going to Do
March 12: Prove It: Measuring Success and Strengthening Your Proposal
What to Expect
Participants will use AI tools hands-on during each session. Please come prepared with access to a chatbot of your choice (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and a project or initiative in mind to work on throughout the series.
Each session stands alone, so you can attend individual sessions based on your needs. However, the series is delivered progressively; attending all four sessions will provide a comprehensive overview of grant proposal components.
