Mindfulness Meditation Group

An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until June 29, 2016
Please join us! We are a small supportive peer group open to anyone who wants to practice with others, inclusive of all traditions. This group practices sitting and walking meditation in silence, followed by 30 minutes of shared reading and discussion. There are plenty of chairs and a few extra cushions. You can arrive at 6 or 6:30 p.m., whichever is right for you.
6:00 p.m. Silent sitting – instructions available
6:30 p.m. Walking or a good time to arrive
6:40 p.m. Sitting
7-7:30 p.m. Shared reading and discussion
