Join Jim Salter for a Methow Skills workshop dedicated to sausage making. Jim raises lamb on his farm outside of Twisp and has been making sausage from locally raised livestock for years. He’ll take you through the sausage making process step by step in the new Main Event Catering Kitchen on the TwispWorks campus. This hands-on workshop is limitied to six participants so register early!
The workshop will be held in the Main Event Catering Kitchen in the West Shed (Building #12) on the TwispWorks campus.
