Geology of the Methow Valley with Dana Visalli

April 20 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Free

There is no way to express how marvelous geology can be, but here geologist John Figge gives it a try: “Geological understanding offers a perspective which changes the way you perceive time, the way you perceive the world around you, and the way you perceive your relationship to the universe. It is a truly remarkable state of awareness to be gained for the simple price of contemplating rocks.”

This Friday, the Methow Naturalist presents a free evening program on the geology of the Methow. Presented by local naturalist, Dana Visalli, this lecture is open to all ages and interests.

The lecture takes place in the Education Station, Building #9 on the TwispWorks campus.
