Comprehensive Economic Study Release Celebration
January 19 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
In 2020, TwispWorks commissioned a comprehensive economic study to better understand the structural changes occurring in the Methow Valley. Throughout 2020 and 2021 we launched four surveys, held Community Listening Sessions, and gathered data on tourism, part-time homeowners, and remote workers. After hearing from over 1,000 residents, we are thrilled to announce that the study is complete.
Please join TwispWorks on January 19, 7pm – 8:30pm, in celebrating the release of this study.
During the celebration you’ll have a chance to learn about the economics of the Methow Valley, what’s working well, and areas our community needs more support and information. Bring your thoughtful questions for a Q&A, moderated by TwispWorks Executive Director Sarah Brown, with Julie Tate-Libby, the study’s author and TwispWorks’ Program Director.
