Craftperson Spotlight: Laura Gunnip of Fireweed Print Shop

At Fireweed Print Shop, artist printmaker Laura Gunnip helps students of all ages engage in the radical act of creative self-knowledge through letterpress and printmaking classes. This vibrant community print shop and art studio is home to two etching presses, antique letterpresses, and screen printing facilities.

There is also a retail shop featuring one-of-kind and small batch hand printed items. Fireweed Print Shop is queer-owned and strives to create a participatory art practice and studio space that is accessible to LGBTQ+ and BIPOC artists. All welcome.
