Check Our New Strategic Plan

Why do organizations create strategic plans? Simply put, they serve as a compass—laying out priorities and guiding decisions so we can grow with intention while staying true to our mission.

Over the past year, our staff and board came together for many conversations, reflecting deeply on who we are as an organization, what the Methow Valley needs most, and how TwispWorks can meet those needs in the years ahead. These meetings weren’t just about setting goals; they were about listening, collaborating, and aligning on a shared vision for the future.

The result is our new Strategic Plan, built around four pillars—Campus, Economy, Education, and Arts & Culture. Each pillar reflects the heart of TwispWorks and our role in building a vibrant, resilient community.

A strategic plan matters because it gives us focus. It helps us put energy into what matters most, strengthens accountability to our community, and ensures that we are creating lasting impact for the Valley we all love.
